The hair I got was nice and soft but it looks like it was bought at a Halloween store. It didn't have the quality you get from the model wearing it or how YouTube reviewers get their hair.

the length is very accurate the hair is very soft, there’s no shedding or tangle, it has no smell to it, the seller also stayed in contact, the description is very accurate, I would consider to buy another wig from this seller. I might have to bleach the knots and pluck I little bit more but overall the hair is amazing
